Yes! You can take advantage of our plan for small teams, which will allow you to use all of Candor's features for free with up to 4 teammates (and no credit card is required!). Teams use this with a few direct reports or as a trial before onboarding the rest of their team.

If you have more than 4 teammates, you’ll be charged for all teammates in your Team Space. This excludes teammates who have been sent invitations but haven't signed up yet.

Yes! When you have a paid account, you can create multiple teams that belong to the same organization. With multiple teams, you can participate in Shoutouts and Birthdays and Work Anniversaries across the company, but keep more private features, like check-ins, visible only to your team.

You can cancel your subscription in your Team Space settings. To get to the settings panel, click the gear icon on your team logo while on your Team Space page.

No, we use Stripe to process your payment and do not store your credit card information ourselves.
