How do you assess candidate fit?

We vet candidates for two things: relevant role experience and startup culture fit. Startup culture fit includes experience in roles that are autonomous, fast moving, and ambiguous.

How much does it cost to hire with Candor?

We charge a placement fee for our services that's paid upon a candidate accepting an offer with your company.
