We’re on a mission to help people find their happy place at work

We believe that having a job you love is about being on a team that feels like home. We help match candidates to their dream job at hiring startups.

OUR TAKE ON HIRING

Hiring is the most important thing you do at a company. It shapes your product, your growth, but most importantly, your culture.

Team culture sets the vibe on a team and can be the thing that keeps a team working well together, or the thing that drives people apart.

When you hire well, you create strong team culture -- driving your business forward and make people feel like they have their dream jobs.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

Startup hiring is important to us because we know what it feels like to get it wrong. Candor was founded in 2021 by Kelsey Bishop. Kelsey started her career in startups and while she thrived in some, she struggled in others. She realized that company culture had the biggest impact on her happiness at work and started working on Candor. Today, the Candor team is well funded ($5M from top investors) and has a small office in Lisbon, Portugal.
