Candor hires fullstack, frontend/backend, AI/ML, data, DevOps, and mobile engineers. We also hire for sales and operations.

We work with founders and leaders at Seed, Series A, and Series B companies. We work well with founders who take hiring seriously and care about team culture.

Your data is stored in our database to let our recruiters match you with roles. We do not sell your data and only share it with hiring managers with your permission.

We find candidate profiles through AI-powered sourcing using LinkedIn profiles.
